Hi There,

I'm new to this forum - and what great information you have here! So first and foremost, THANK YOU for sharing your experiences with the hiring process.

Secondly, I was hoping you'd answer a few questions for me that I couldn't find the answer to combing the forum:

I'm applying to the Feb1st posting for WestJet F/A and I'm super excited! I have a pretty killer resume, but I think I'll redo it with a little more character to show some WestJetter spirit. Anyone know what they weight 'heavier', customer service, sales, leadership experience? I also have an undergrad in Psychology but didn't talk about it much except a mention in my resume (no room on cover letter!).

Also, I'm from Vancouver, will the in-person interview (hoping hoping!) be in YVR or in Calgary?

Lastly, I haven't included any references in my resume yet - was wondering if i need to present that upfront or will they ask for it later when I'm short listed?

oh one more (lol), what's the difference between part-time and full-time employment? is it just the number of hours or are there other differences? Any information you can provide will be greatly appreciated!
